Applicants are required to do the following:

• Fill in the attached ZRP Form 137;
• Make an appointment with the Embassy for the fingerprints (Administration fee is $40 for fingerprints at the Embassy)
• Or make an appointment for fingerprints with any Police Station which does fingerprints.
• Make payment of US$75, or the equivalent by telegraphic transfer to the Account No. provided below.
