INVITATION TO THE SECOND PREPARATORY MEETING FOR THE 4TH ZIMBABWE ANNUAL DIASPORA CONFERENCE. MIDLANDS PROVINCE: 9 – 11 APRIL 2026

Reference is made to the Ministry’s communication CX/E/408, dated 08 January 2026, regarding the invitation to the 4th Zimbabwe Annual Diaspora Conference (ZADC), scheduled for 9-11 April 2026, in Midlands Province at a venue to be confirmed.

We are pleased to inform you that preparations for the event are progressing well, with key Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), private sector players and other stakeholders actively engaging in the process. The Ministry is currently drafting the programme for the 4th ZADC, and in this regard, contributions from the Zimbabwean Diaspora community are essential to ensure the agenda reflects your concerns, aspirations and priorities.

Accordingly, you are invited to participate in the Second Preparatory Meeting, scheduled for Saturday, 14 March 2026 at 1100 hours (Zimbabwe time). The meeting will provide a platform to gather your inputs into the programme and strengthen dialogue for meaningful and mutually beneficial engagement. The agenda and online participation link will be shared in due course.

In the meantime, we encourage you to register your participation through the following link:
