PUBLIC NOTICE

Dear Valued clients,

The Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe wishes to inform all clients that, due to weather reports that there is to be a snow storm affecting areas from the Southwest to the Northeast of the US from Saturday 24 January to Sunday 25 January 2026, there is the possibility of closure of our Office on Monday, 26 January 2026.

Weather services are advising the public to stay home and off the roads during this time due to the hazardous weather conditions as the storm will likely affect roads and transportation centers and could cause significant snow accumulation.

Due to the severity of the weather pattern, clients who had made appointments for Monday 26 January 2026 are strongly advised to reschedule their travel arrangements to Washington D.C. to another suitable date to avoid inconveniences.

The Embassy wishes to express our most sincere regret to the affected clients as this weather development is beyond our control.
