CONFIRMATION OF CONSULAR SERVICES IN DALLAS, TEXAS: 21-22 NOVEMBER  2025

The Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe wishes to refer to its Notice of 8 October 2025 and hereby confirms that it will conduct a Consular visit to Dallas, Texas on Friday, 21 November 2025 and Saturday, 22 November 2025.

The venue of the consular services is as follows:

Doubletree By Hilton Hotel DFW Airport North, 4441 W. John Carpenter Freeway, Irwing, TX 75063

Operating times will be 09.00am to 17.00pm on both days.

Below are the requirements for Passport Renewal:

1. Originals and photocopies of the following documents:
2. Long Birth Certificate;
3. Zimbabwean National Identity Document (I.D) for all applicants above 16 years (Driver’s Licence NOT ACCEPTED). IDs for married women with marriage certificates should bear the spouse’s surname;
4. Current / expired passport;
5. Marriage Certificate / divorce order where applicable;
6. Two (2) colour passport photos (size 3.5cm x 4.5cm) on a strictly white background (please wear dark or bright colours. Cream and white colours are not acceptable). Applicants should desist from wearing any form of jewellery;
7. Police Report required for all Lost or Stolen passports and National IDs;
8. Citizenship Certificate (for citizens by registration / if one or both parents are Zimbabwean citizens by descent or if the applicant was born outside Zimbabwe)
9. For minors below the age of 18, the following are also required; The father/mother or legal guardian must be present to sign ‘Section 5’ of the application form. The signatory’s Passport/ID is required.

11. The administration/consular fee payable to the Embassy of Zimbabwe is $45 money order or cashier’s check (NO CASH PLEASE).
12. Please note that the passport processing fee of $270 is to be paid in Zimbabwe
